Return policy

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please tell us about the problem in details, attatching photos or videos.

Reasons for Returns

Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.

Returned – Please contact us before returning any products via Contact form or directly at [email protected]. We do not refund orders if you don’t like the product or choose the wrong size. You can give it away. Unfortunately, your refund will not include the original shipping fees or any incurred from it being returned. 

How to report a problem

In order to begin the return process you must send an email to [email protected] stating the following information:

  • Customer Name: (the person who placed the order)
  • Shipping Name: (the person the order was shipped to)
  • Order Number:
  • Order Date:
  • Item being Returned:
  • Reason for Return:

Once this information is received, you will be sent a return confirmation letter. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.

Once the warehouse has confirmed receipt of the returned item and has verified that the item is in its original, unused condition, the money will be refunded to your PayPal account/credit card. You will receive a confirmation email notifying you of the refund. Please be advised it may take a few weeks for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.

Color disclaimer 

Due to color variations in monitor screens, web color representations of the printed product may vary. Since all products are printed on demand, they are final sale, and we do not accept responsibility for monitor screen color deviations.
